Terms of Service for Mersey Guitar

1. 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your Product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The Product must be in its original condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
• The Product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
• You must contact us at murdoch@merseyguitar.uk to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Any Product returned without an RMA number will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

2. Lifetime Warranty

Our Products are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.

This lifetime warranty is void if the Product has been:

• Damaged: This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
• Modified: Any alteration to the Product's original design, including but not limited to, rewinding the coil, changing magnets, or altering the lead wires.
• Tampered With: Any attempt to open, repair, or otherwise interfere with the internal components of the Product.
• Incorrectly Installed: Damage resulting from improper installation, including incorrect wiring, soldering, or failure to follow provided instructions.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the Product.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at murdoch@merseyguitar.uk with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
